3. Account Registration

The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, along with permanent forfeiture of any bonus funds and, at winpkr13's discretion, real-money balances too.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
